Scope

This policy explains how HUDEN Movement / TARZAN MOVEMENT may process personal information when people use the website, app experience, coach features, application forms, account features, community tools, and related services.

Information We May Process

• Account and authentication information, including identifiers, email address, name, profile image, and session data managed through Clerk.
• Profile information users provide or maintain, such as display name, bio, hometown, language preference, avatar, coach profile details, and account settings.
• User-created content, such as map pins, posts, reviews, session requests, application form submissions, progress data, saved preferences, and messages or contact requests where those features are used.
• Technical and security data needed to run the service, such as device/browser information, IP-derived security logs, request metadata, authentication tokens, error logs, and abuse-prevention records.
• Media or file data where a user uploads or changes an avatar or related profile asset.

Third-Party Services Visible in This Project

The project uses Clerk for authentication and account management. The codebase also references Vercel hosting, a backend API, Bunny.net / Bunny CDN for media or avatar delivery, Resend for application-related emails, and Calendly booking links. The current app does not load optional advertising trackers. Payment-related documentation references Stripe for some event or checkout flows, but this policy does not assume a payment relationship unless that flow is actually used.

Why We Process Information

• To create, secure, and maintain user accounts.
• To provide profile, coach, map, course, session, community, and application features.
• To communicate about applications, bookings, support, service updates, and account activity.
• To protect the service, prevent misuse, debug issues, and maintain reliability.
• To understand basic service usage and improve public pages and product experience.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required for security, dispute resolution, accounting, legal compliance, backups, or legitimate operational records. User-created content may remain visible until removed, deleted, or made inactive according to the applicable feature.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. You can manage account details through the Clerk-powered account experience where available. You can also request deletion using the instructions at /data-deletion.

Data Deletion

Deletion requests are handled through the dedicated data deletion instructions page. Some records may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, backups, or legitimate business records.

International Processing

Third-party infrastructure and service providers may process data in different countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be confirmed with the relevant providers and added to this policy.
